2.1. Product Descriptions:
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products (mobile phones and accessories). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, or images are error-free.

2.2. Availability:
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product without prior notice.

2.3. Pricing:

• All prices displayed on the website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and allow you to cancel your order or proceed with the correct price.

2.4. Customization:

All Exchange orders will take 14-21 Days to process. If approved by admin & if proper unpacking & checking video is there.

– Delivered in 7 to 14 Days
All service and support provided by Authorised Apple store.
All devices comes with limited ARMANS Mobile warranty, which covers hardware malfunction and issues. Battery health is covered under warranty only in case of “Mandatory Service Required” message. No warranty on physical & water damage.
Once the Invoice is generated, the product is non- refundable & non-returnable. All Apple  devices are activated.
Any dispute related to purchase or sale shall be subject to Kudasan, Gandhinagar. GUJARAT Jurisiction only.
If Apple warranty is available on device then Armans Mobile is not responsible for it.

3. Placing Orders

3.1. Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. This email does not signify acceptance of your order but is acknowledgment that we have received it.

3.2. Order Acceptance:
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inaccurate product or pricing information.
• Issues with payment processing.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.

3.3. Cancellations:

• Delivery Charges: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and displayed before confirming your order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Custom-designed products are non-returnable unless defective.

Timeframe:
Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
