However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning, canceling an order, and requesting a refund.

1. Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for mobile phones and accessories, as they are electronic devices and subject to specific policies. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

1.1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The wrong product was delivered to you.
  • There is a significant quality issue and  If approved by admin & if proper unpacking & checking video is there.

Custom products, such as personalized mobile accessories, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

1.2. Timeframe for Returns
We provide 10 days return policy. Returns must be requested within 2 days from the date of delivery.

1.3. Conditions for Returns
The product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with tags, labels, and protective seals intact (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by the purchase invoice or proof of purchase.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.
